A former board member of the Michigan Lean Consortium and frequent guest on industry podcasts and stages, Brian is passionate about improving lives through people-first lean thinking. He’s also the author of The Big Thinking of a Small Knight and, when he’s not leading change, you’ll find him on the golf course, around the smoker, or hunting down his next great bourbon.
