How it Works
1. Purchase a Standard MLC Organizational Bundle
When a university purchases any MLC organizational bundle, they become eligible to add a student bundle at no additional cost.
2. Add a Student Bundle for Up to 250 Students
Eligible universities may elect to create a Student Bundle Membership for up to 250 actively enrolled students, allowing them to participate in MLC programming, events, and resources.
3. Assign Two Separate Bundle Coordinators
For administrative accuracy and ease of management:

The Higher Education Organizational Bundle must have an identified Bundle Coordinator.

The Student Bundle must have a different identified Student Bundle Coordinator.
These individuals are responsible for adding and removing members, keeping rosters up to date, and ensuring student eligibility.
Important: The same person cannot serve as coordinator for both bundles.
4. Student Eligibility Requirements
To participate in the Student Bundle:

Students must be actively enrolled at the host university.

Students must use their school email for registration/membership.

Bundle Coordinators are responsible for verifying enrollment and managing student access.
