MLC Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Course
The MLC Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Course is a blended-learning program. Facilitated by expert instruction, the course is designed to meet the requirements of ISO 18404 certified Lean Practitioner and Six Sigma Black Belt, giving participants both the credential and the practical skill set to apply Lean Six Sigma tools in their own organizations.
- Opportunity to earn an ISO 18404-aligned Lean Practitioner and Six Sigma Black Belt credential through a structured, immersive course.
- Participants engage directly with an expert instructor and a small cohort — class size is limited to ensure personalized instruction.
- A full course experience combining in-person classroom days, virtual study halls, a final exam and practical simulation, and hands-on project coaching.
Note: The MLC Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is a pre-requisite for this course.
Cost: $1,900

- Virtual Study Hall Sessions: Monthly sessions to help reinforce material and prepare for the exam.

- Coaching & Project Review: Expert feedback as you complete a Six Sigma project throughout the course.
