Keynote Speaker: 

Dr. Michelle Schreiber is the Senior Vice President and Chief Quality Officer of the Henry Ford Health System (HFHS) in Detroit, Michigan.  She is also the clinical leader of the HFHS Epic electronic medical record implementation.  Dr. Schreiber was formerly Division Head of General Internal Medicine at HFHS.  Past roles also include Chief Quality Officer of the Detroit Medical Center, and Chief Medical Officer of Trinity Health System.  She currently serves on the Michigan Hospital Association board for Keystone quality and safety initiatives, and the statewide PSO, as well as on the National Quality Forum committee on patient safety metrics. Her interest is using the electronic medical record to advance quality and safety.

Dr. Schreiber graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, and did her internal medicine training at the New York Hospital/Cornell University Medical Center.
