Topic: Setting the Table for Innovation: The Human Side of Continuous Improvement

Continuous improvement depends on more than strong processes and proven methodologies. It also requires an environment where people feel able to share concerns, challenge assumptions, contribute ideas, and learn openly from setbacks.

In this interactive session, we will explore how psychological safety supports collaboration, problem-solving, and innovation. Attendees will consider the leadership behaviors and team conditions that encourage honest dialogue, diverse perspectives, thoughtful experimentation, and accountability.

Participants will leave with practical questions and strategies they can use to create more productive conversations and strengthen continuous improvement within their teams and organizations.
