This coffee chat will be facilitated by Lean Leadership Coach Dennis F. Cutright from LeanWork, LLC. Dennis has led and coached over 500 Kaizen/Kata teams, designed training platforms that has transformed organizational cultures, implemented quality systems and developed lean leaders across organizations. He has a proven track record with regards to improving employee engagement, safety, quality, delivery, productivity, leadership development, continuous improvement and customer service in accelerating organizational performance. He has worked in a wide variety of industries over his 30-year career as a lean practitioner.
