What a typical agenda will look like:

• Meet and greet
  
• Lean implementation topic and brainstorm - bring a topic suggestion or come ready to ask for help with a lean issue you are encountering
  
• Learn about MLC and upcoming events
  
• Networking

This lean coffee chat will be facilitated by members of the Michigan Tech Lean Development Board Members. Michigan Tech has a three-member board to advise the Office of Continuous Improvement on Lean facilitator training, development, certification, and deployment.

The location of the coffee chat will be in the East Reading Room of the J. Robert Van Pelt and John and Ruanne Opie Library on the Michigan Tech campus.  

Visitor parking is available at any open meters and in lot 27.
