Help wanted signs are everywhere!

Organizations are feeling the pain and desperately trying different techniques to attract and retain talent.

While new approaches to talent and staffing are needed and there isn’t one root cause (this is more of a wicked problem), Lean can provide tools and processes to explore tweaks and opportunities.

Perhaps you can relate to one of these issues?

  • Onboarding takes “too long”
  • No excitement about the work
  • New hires leave within 30 days (or at lunch during orientation!)
  • No passion about the job, the company or their future

Join Becky and Katie as they provide innovative solutions to tackle your staffing problems!

  • Streamlining onboarding (how long does it take for you from offer letter to day one?)
  • Build commitment and passion
  • Create a sense of belonging and engagement
