August 8th - 10th, with a Gemba Walk activity on the 10th
This year, our theme for the conference is Lean: What Really Works. We have taken into account the feedback from previous attendees and have designed the conference to focus more on practical application and less on theory. We will be providing attendees with hands-on activities and case studies to help them gain a better understanding of how to apply Lean principles in their own work.
We have book keynote and active learning session speakers who have extensive experience in Lean and can provide tangible examples of its success. Additionally, we will provide ample opportunities for participants to explore the city of Traverse City and its many attractions. Register today!

Praise for “The Mistakes That Make Us”
“At last! A book about errors, flubs, and screwups that pushes beyond platitudes and actually shows how to enlist our mistakes as engines of learning, growth, and progress. Dive into The Mistakes That Make Us and discover the secrets to nurturing a psychologically safe environment that encourages the small experiments that lead to big breakthroughs.”
