Strategic Communication for Thriving Teams

Today's fast pace of work means there are endless opportunities for misunderstandings and miscommunication, especially when you add on the unprecedented generational and cultural diversity in today’s workplace. This fun, interactive workshop will discuss some of the most common communication challenges, including working across communication styles and strategic message composition. A handful of simple games and activities will provide an opportunity to practice applying the tips and techniques to build confidence for initiating better communication practices in our work.

Learning objectives:

  • Explore different communication styles and how they show up in the workplace.
  • Recognize the elements of clear, intentional messaging.
  • Practice better communication techniques.
