Renowned for his exceptional training, coaching, and mentoring skills, Alen has a proven track record of driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Before joining Gemba Academy, Alen held various key positions, including Regional Continuous Improvement Manager, Continuous Improvement Engineer, Inventory and Asset Manager, and Operations Manager.
Alen is passionate about coaching, teaching, and mentoring, dedicated to enhancing the skills of individuals and positively impacting their lives.
